1 µm Medical Bacterial Air Vent Filters Priming Filter Caps for I.V. Tubing lines
Medical Bacterial Air Vent of our product lines is a disposable venting filter for infusion applications. The priming filters contains premium 1 μm or 0.2 μm hydrophobic membrane as filter media which could eliminate the air in the I.V. tubing line and meanwhile prevent spillage of infusion solutions. The housing of the vent filter cap is made of medical grade polypropylene (PP) and blue color masterbatch addition. The priming filter caps are widely used to cover the distal end of I.V. tubing lines which is otherwise open and unprotected when not attached to a catheter or a needle. It is a very economical and practical micro-infusion filter that serves perfectly as air vent and prevents fluid leakage, and moreover, protects the I.V. tubing line and I.V. solution against possible contamination.
