The IV Infusion Transfer Spike is an advanced type of dispensing pin, an ideal device for withdrawing liquids from infusion containers and transferring medication. The transfer set is a complementary product to Extra Spike Plus and serves the same purpose yet costs much less. The dispensing pin is designed specifically for liquid transfer and comes with a tight sealing flip cap that can be opened and sealed with one hand, providing a secure and convenient way to administer medication.The IV Infusion Transfer Spike features a smooth-running design, which ensures that the liquids are transferred smoothly and without any spills or leaks. The pharmacy transfer sets is also a special injecting device for strong stoppers, which helps to prevent accidental release of medication. The connection to the tip is stable, ensuring that the spike remains securely in place during the transfer process. The IV Infusion Transfer Spike is made from latex, PVC, and DEHP-free materials, making it safe for use with clinical and pharmaceutical applications. The vented IV transfer spikes are color-coded, with a green flip cap indicating the standard air venting version, while with a blue flip cap indicating both air venting filter and liquid filter are incoporated.
