PP meltblown fabric is specifically named as such due to its manufacturing process involving the melting and blowing of polypropylene fibers into a non-woven form. Pore-size of the melt-blown PP fabrics manufactured by us ranges from 1 to 5 microns, making it an ultra-fine non-woven filter medium that offers exceptional quality and performance. Meltblown PP fabric is breathable, flexible, lightweight, non-burning, easy to decompose, non-toxic, non-irritating. It has been designed to achieve filtering efficiency rates of over 95%.
